Terms and conditions
Article 1(Application of these terms and conditions)
1. The accommodation and related contract between our hotel and customers shall be made according to the stipulation of these terms and conditions, the matters not specified by these terms and conditions shall follow the laws or customs.
2. We may apply special agreement within the range not violating the purpose, rule or customs without prejudice to the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Article 2(Explicit statement of name etc.)
We can request the customers who want to make a reservation to specify following details before the accommodation date.
• 1. Name, sex, nationality and date of birth of customers
• 2. Other matters that we recognize to be necessary
Article 3(Earnest money)
1. In case of reservation, we guarantee the reservation on the basis of the payment of the deposit at the same time your reservation is confirmed. However, if the reservation is made with credit card, the credit card will substitute the payment of deposit and guarantee the reservation.
2. If Article 5 is applied, the deposit already paid will be covered by the penalty, when there is balance, we refund it.
Article 4(Cancellation of reservation)
1. In case of followings, we can cancel the reservation randomly.
A. When it is recognized that clause 3-7, Article 6 apply,
B. When customers reject the request to specify the matters of Article 2,
C. If the payment of deposit under Clause 1, Article 3 is requested but the payment is not made until due date,
2. If customers cancel the reservation according to the regulations, we refund all of deposit,
Article 5(Penalty)
1. If customers cancel all or partial reservation, we request the penalty based on following details. In case of group reservation, the separate contract is applied.
2. Individual reservation
A. Free cancellation is possible until 6 p.m. 3 days before arrival, and after that, 100% of the first day of stay
B. No show or same-day cancellation: 100% of the first day of stay
3. Group reservation
A. Cancellation after reservation is completed : 10% of the total amount
B. In case of cancellation 30 days before expected arrival date: 20% of the total amount
C. In case of cancellation 15 days before expected arrival date: 50% of the total amount
D. In case of cancellation 7 days before expected arrival date: 70% of the total amount
E. In case of cancellation 3 days before expected arrival date: 100% of the total amount
F. When the reservation is completed, group customers must specify the payment method by paying a deposit or providing card information for payment, and if related information is not provided, the hotel may cancel the reservation arbitrarily.
4. If customers to be stayed don't arrive until 12:00 PM of the arrival date without contact, it is deemed not staying.
Article 6(Refused accommodation)
In case of followings, we may reject the accommodation.
1. If the application is not made according to these terms and conditions,
2. If there is no extra room,
3. If it is recognized that the customers to be stayed have the risk to violate the law of accommodation or public order or morality,
4. If it is evident that the customers to be stayed have any communicable diseases,
5. If it is recognized to accompany pets or have any dangerous drugs,
6. If we can't accept the accommodation due to inevitable reasons such as natural disaster, facility failure,
7. If it is recognized that the accommodation is not available according to Korean laws and regulations,
Article 7(Accommodation Registration)
Customers shall register following information at the front desk of our hotel on the date of accommodation.
1. Name, sex, date of birth, telephone number, nationality of customers of Clause 1, Article 2
2. In case of foreigners: name, sex, date of birth, telephone number, nationality, passport number, e-mail address
3. In case of local: name, sex, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address
4. Departure date and time
5. Other details that we recognize to be necessary
Article 8(Early check-in)
1. Our check-in time is 3 pm.
2. If you want to check in early, you will be charged 10,000 won per hour, and depending on the room situation, you may not be able to check in early.
Article 9(Check-out)
1. Our check-out time is 11:00 am.
2. If you want to extend the check-out time, you will be charged 10,000 won per hour, and an additional one-night fee will be added after 3 p.m.
Article 10(Payment of charge)
1. Please pay the room charge to our front desk in Won, the credit card used domestically and traveler's checks at departure or when we request. However, we do not accept the private check.
2. Even if customers don't use the room randomly since customers use the room, we accept the room charge.
Article 11(Rejected consecutive stay)
In case of followings, we may reject the consecutive stay despite of during accommodation period.
1. If it is deemed Clauses 1-7, Article 7 apply,
2. In case of violation of use rules,
Article 12(Responsibility of accommodation)
1. Our responsibility on customers' accommodation starts when customers register at our front desk and enter our rooms, and it ends when customers check-out for departure.
2. We are not responsible for the accidents which happen due to non-compliance of rule.
3. If we can't provide rooms to customers due to the reasons not attributable to our hotel, we help expected customers to find other accommodation facilities with equivalent or similar conditions, but the case of natural disaster is excluded.
Usage rule
We provide following usage rules according to Article 12, terms and conditions for your safety and comfortable stay.
1. Please refrain from using of fire for heating and cooking in the room, or smoking in the bed or the place with fire risk.
2. Please refrain the sales, the usage as office, the use for the purpose other than accommodation such as assembly or party without our permission.
3. Please refrain from changing room, the movement of furnishing without our permission.
4. Please refrain from meeting with visitor in the room.
5. Please refrain from bringing following items in the hotel.
A. Pet animals such as dogs, cats and birds
B. Ignitable or flammable volatiles
C. Stinking things
D. Items prohibited to be carried under other laws
6. Please refrain from ordering or bringing food from outside the hotel.
7. When using stores in the hotel by signature, please be sure to present your key card at the counter.
8. Please refrain from using nightwear or room slipper in the place other than room.
9. We store the lost articles of customer during a certain period but dispose randomly.
10. In case of accidental damage or loss of hotel equipment or furnishing due to customer's mistake, we charge the actual cost.
11. You must pay the room charge at the front desk when you leave. If we require payment even during your stay, please pay the charge.
Parking notice
1. The use of public transportation is recommended if possible.
